Our Mission is to make energy efficiency and energy conservation measures more accessible and cost-effective such that any business enterprise, irrespective of size or type, can reduce energy costs and create a healthier environment by reducing greenhouse gases associated with energy use.  

California Diamond Energy Solutions, Inc., is an energy management company providing energy efficiency consulting services, including utility cost auditing , business energy analysis, LED lighting and product consulting, emerging technology product demonstrations, photovoltaic feasibility studies and design, strategic marketing and construction management support of energy efficiency projects.

We will identify, formulate and retrofit a customized energy solution for your commercial, governmental  or residential application.  Facilitate processing of utility and third-party energy efficiency incentive and rebate programs.

Program Management/Administration

Ten years of governmental organizational program formulation, program design, implementation and administration.  Includes defining and confirming program goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved,  quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. Analyze and identify problems, project consequences and make recommendations or develop solutions; interact with private entities, industry officials, technical groups and regulatory agencies.  Affordable housing program development; property acquisition, rehabilitation and sale; HUD certification and administration. Construction management support.

Specific tasks include drafting and negotiating contracts. agency participation agreements, interpretation of any relevant Federal, State agency or department policies, rules and regulations; administration of utility and third party energy efficiency programs. Establishment and administration of diversity, small business and minority contracting and bid policies and oportunities. Liason with Federal, State, Municipal and regulatory, utility program officials; develop risk management profile, office management, business development. 

Corporate Management

Legal  

Five years active civil law practice, knowledge of fiscal and banking laws; transactional business utility, IT and IP, general commercial;  best practices emphasis - sustainable development strategies; resolution of trade secrets and intellectual property disputes; advised high technology clients on critical Federal and California procurement regulation issues; assist in conducting corporate annual meetings; counsel and assist in new business development opportunities.  

Electrical Engineering

Twenty years of direct experience in digital system processing, power efficient system design, designing and conducting tests, recording, analysing and interpreting test data; proposing modifications and re-testing products, low-voltage high speed applications, voice recognition, wireless networking and controls; reading design specifications and technical drawings; researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales; simulating models and prototypes of products; preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations; Adjunct Professor UCLA Department of Engineering;

Construction Management -  support and coordinate requirements and work of other contractors, sub-contractors and consultants, engineers or technicians; organize and prioritize tasks; communicate and cooperate with design professionals in other disciplines, site inspection, inspection of mechanical, electrical and structural systems; determine office space planning, review building plans or other drawings; identify laws. ordinances and regulations applicable to building codes and safety codes specific to project.
