California Diamond Energy Solutions Inc., (CDES) are approved vendor participants in the following major utility rebate programs and will be responsible for completing all documentation associated with collecting and applying any rebates or incentives unless otherwise agreed. For PG & E Business Customers SCE Business Customers SoCal Gas Customers SDG & E Customers California Diamond Energy Solution's participation in the above utility programs is voluntary and is conducted in strict compliance with each program's express written policies and guidelines. In the event services rendered or products necessary to effectuate an energy efficient solution are not covered by any rebate or reduced by any incentive it will be the responsibility of the business owner to provide payment unless otherwise agreed. HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS 01 Determine Eligibility: An interested business or building owner contacts CDES, Inc. to determine eligibility for a program audit or energy efficiency analysis 02 Free, non-obligatory energy audit survey: California Diamond Energy Solutions representative obtains a Site Access Agreement from the owner and then schedules and has performed a free, non-obligatory energy audit survey to identify potential opportunities. Includes detailed analysis of utility company bills. 03 Energy Savings Report: A report is generated indicating energy efficiency opportunities at the site, qualifying program rebates, incentives, and cost savings estimates. A meeting is then scheduled with the business owner to review the audit findings and initiate a action plan. 04 Contractor selected and formal bid prepared: The owner selects California Green Construction as energy efficiency contractors, executes the required forms, authorizes contractor to obtain any necessary bids and begins installation. Program incentives and rebates are included in all program contractor bids. 05 Energy Savings Measures Installed: The contractor installs the equipment and executes the measures under the terms of the written agreement with the business owner pursuant to the required terms and conditions of the applicable rebate program or utility company guideline. 06 Rebate Program Staff processes rebate application: The utility company or rebate program administration completes its review of the incentive application, which can include an inspection of the work, and pays the program incentive to the contractor. 07 Payment is received for work performed The business owner pays the contractor for any work not covered by the program, according to the terms of their agreement. 08 Rebate Program Administration conducts post-install survey A utility company representative or Program Administrator may contact the business owner for a pre- and post-installation inspection and customer satisfaction inquiry.
